Returning an item:
- Please send us an email (assistance@beautyglo.com)
indicating the reason why you would like to return an item.
- We will send
you a Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address.
- Please
pack merchandise securely and send it via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation
number.
- Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
Exchanging an item:
You will not be charged for the shipment of your replacement item.
- Please send
us an email (assistance@beautyglo.com) indicating the reason why you would
like to exchange an item.
- We will send you a Return Authorization Number and
the return shipping address.
- Please pack merchandise securely and send
it via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation number.
- If the requested exchange
item is not available, please indicate your credit preference.
- Supply any
comments necessary for processing your exchange.
- Allow 10 days for processing
your exchange once we receive it.
Cancelling or Changing Order:
You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If
you would like to make a change, please email us at assistance@beautyglo.com.
