1. How do I find what I'm looking for? [top]
Our catalog is divided into several major categories:
Shop By Product: Cellex-C, glōMineral. Click on the product and
select the brands from the pulldown menu.
Shop by Brand: Click on the SHOP BY BRAND button to show the brands that we
carry from our store. Select the brand from the pulldown menu. A list of product
will appear for each of the brand.
Search: Enter the keyword into the SEARCH box. For example, if you like to
search for "lipstick", enter that into the Search box. A list of all
the lipsticks from our website will appear on the screen.
New Arrivals: Click on the NEW ARRIVALS button will show all the items that
are newly arrive in our store.
Best Seller: Click on the BEST SELLER button will show all the items that are
best seller from our store.
Special: Click on the SPECIAL button will show our weekly special items.
2. How do I order? [top]
Click "ORDER" on the item detail page to make a purchase. You'll see
a summary of the merchandise you selected. Enter the Quantity that you would
like to purchase.
Click "KEEP SHOPPING" if you would like to continue shopping.
Click "CHECK OUT" when you're ready to purchase your items.
Review your order. If you have a coupon code, enter the code in the Coupon Code
box. Enter the shipping address.
You'll then enter our secure server page, where you will enter your credit
card information. Please review your order again. If the information is correct,
click PLACE ORDER at the bottom of the page.

4. What forms of payment does beautyglō accept? [top]
beautyglō's online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover Credit Cards, JCB, and Paypal. We do NOT currently accept debit cards
that require input of PIN numbers.
5. Do you charge sales taxes? [top]
We collect and pay state and local sales taxes for merchandise shipped to
addresses within California (9.25%). Sales tax will not be added for other
states.
6. When will I receive my purchase? [top]
The length of time it takes for you to receive your purchase depends where
the shipment is going. We normally ship merchandise from our fulfillment
centers within 48 hours or 2 business days from when your order is placed
in our system. Our standard USPS Priority Mail Shipping Option therefore
will arrive at most continental US addresses by the fourth or fifth business
day after you place your order.

We do ship to most international destinations.

The average time for you to receive shipment is about 7-10 business days.
Some countries may take longer than other due to the time that it takes to
clear custom.

When the order ships, beautyglō will email the shipping tracking number
to you. You may then access the shipping company's website to track your package(s).
